Any ideas
So I ovulated on the 23rd of this month got some light pink blood when wiped literally on the 26th . I'm now 5 days late I've had hcg checked and no levels are found. pregnancy test are clearly negative. I have sore boobs, they feel heavy. And I've had lower cramps for a few days, I haven't been stressed and I've never been this late before any ideas?
