Partner is annoyed by my helicopter parenting...
Admittedly, I am a huge helicopter mom.
All organic, hardly leave the house, breastfeeding and hardly ever pumping, and nagging about every little thing. I find something new to worry about daily and it effects my moods a lot.
I have felt like my partner resents me lately so I asked him to be honest and tell me what for - I thought he'd say I was being lazy, let myself go, or something like that. Rather, he said he is bothered by how I obsess over our sons health/worry about everything/etc.
I'm aware that most my fears are irrational and I don't blame him for being annoyed.
Where do I go from here? How do I mend ties with him, get help for myself and begin to act more rationally?
