I lost my baby

My husband and I were 10 weeks yesterday and were supposed to get an ultrasound at 3pm. I woke up and had blood and went to the doctors earlier and my baby measured at 7 1/2 weeks with no heartbeat . I still have not passed the baby and have a D&C; scheduled tomorrow. I’m trying not to let this derail us from trying again but I am so upset. I had no signs anything was wrong at all.

Have any of you had a miscarriage and went on to have a healthy second baby ?
