TTC after a miscarriage 💔

I had a miscarriage in January and me and my partner decided to start trying again in February because we both were so excited for a baby. A lot of people have told me to wait and heal emotionally but we have decided to try again but haven’t had any luck. I didn’t get a d&c...; my doctor told me just to wait a few weeks and take a home pregnancy test and if it was positive to come back for a d&c; but it was negative so they said the baby passed naturally but I feel like I’m not going to ever get pregnant again so I’m just wondering, had anyone else gone through this? And also, if you have, how long did it take you to conceive after the miscarriage?
