Advice on Rape

So I just told my boyfriend of 4 years that I've been raped I never told anyone else this before and I was kinda skeptical about telling him l. But I did and now he don't know how to take it and I'm so scared that it will ruin our future. Idk I'm really just hurt about it and now that I finally opened up and to him at that idk what to think bout myself anyways.
