derealisation

I know most people wont respond to this but how can I deal with direalisation and panic attacks at school? I have an 8 hour long school day and I usually panic near loud sounds and big crowds (basically all school is). Being outside is a definite no because my eye problems make it impossible to see in the sun. Any tips?
