Need all the good vibes and prayers I can get!

In September I had a chemical at 4 weeks and another one the following month! On March 27th I found out I am pregnant again. I am 6 weeks and 1 day right now, I’ve been having lots of light pink and brown spotting the past 3 days. I’m really nervous and scared I am losing another baby. My levels on Monday were 4121, we are drawing blood again today to see if they have gone up. If they are still going up we will do an ultrasound on Tuesday if they have gone down or not really gone up they will assume it’s another miscarriage. I’m freaking out. Has anyone else gone through this and everything turn out to be fine?
