Reaction to soy?

Has anyone had a problem with soy? I think I have linked my breakouts to it.

This didn’t start bothering me until a couple weeks ago and then it’s gotten worse. I think my hormones are out of wack. Have you guys seen breakouts like this?

Soy ruins my stomach everytime I eat it

My daughter is allergic to soy and cows milk and hot those plus her cheeks were always red

depending if you already had an issue with your hormones yes soy can do that. if you have a hormonal imbalance or pcos it's recommended not to eat or drink soy products
