Vagina tightness and Man Sex satisfaction

Does sex feel different for men after a women has had babies? I definitely feel different because I had a big tear during delivery and I don't think I'm as tight as I used to be.

I've been exercising like crazy and don't see a huge progress. But I do definitely feel like I can pleasure him.

My GYN said I can get a surgery to tighten the pelvic muscles and I've been going to physical therapy to regain my strength.

My husband says I don't need the surgery, But he's too kind and sometimes will lie to make me feel good.

What is your opinion on how different sex feels after a women has had babies?
