why am I like this???

I just cried for no reason and even though my cramps are pretty non existent I still cried. I feel sick at the sight of period blood, which is so unfair since I have to deal with it. my

family tried to make me sit through a dinner by guilt tripping me after I found out my period started and started to feel sick. My period was supposed to start on Friday and I have birthday plans tomorrow. I don't want to cancel but I don't think I can do it.
