First trimester., light bleeding, low HCG Sad☹️

4 weeks preggers started light bleeding today but it did stop completely.. doc did ultrasound and first vaginal scan they say my HCG levels are low.. too early to see anything but they don’t feel it’s ectopic. & To go back in a few days and test blood again to see if HCG rises. I am very distraught but keeping my faith that baby is a strong one and god knows no mistakes. Has anyone else gone threw this and baby and pregnancy went well? Need Encouragement only thank you guys
