I’ve missed my period for 3 and a bit months now but 2 months ago I had like tinted brown clear ish discharge for 2 days then the month after that I got a period for 1 day and I’ve missed my period this month as well also been getting a lot of discharge lately if that makes a difference. Should I be worried
