Combined DS test results 1:500 ???

So I am 29 yrs old 13 weeks pregnant. I just got my first trimester combined DS scan results and there 1:500. The nurse offered to set up a NIPs scan which I’m going to do ASAP. I literally have been hysterical since the phone call. Looking online has just made me so confused. The information is so all over the place. Either it’s high risk and everything that goes with that, or itself low risk and nothing to worry about. I’m going crazy trying to find the correct information. Does anyone know or have any thoughts on how concerning this result is??? Thank you in advance!
