Healthy weight gain
Ladies I'm really wanting to gain some weight, the right way of course (:
About 2 years ago I got very sick and lost about 20-30 pounds. At the time I didn't weigh much anyway but losing that extra 30 or so has left me really insecure about my body putting me at 80pounds. I've been trying to eat foods high in protein and drink protein shakes, but I feel as though I need something to "jump start" my gain. I've been trying to increase protein since February and I've only gained about 10 pounds or so. Just the other day I weighed myself and I've started losing weight again.
I just want to feel confident in my body, and I hate feeling that way about myself but I just think I look gross 😭 I want to look and feel healthy.
If you ladies have any tips or tricks to help it would be greatly appreciated 😁 I want to gain somewhere between 40-50pounds if possible.
