HELP PLEASE !!!
So I’m at the highest I’ve ever been 190. This is the most consistent I’ve ever been when it comes to my weightloss journey. It’s been almost 2 months & ive lost no weight at all. People are telling me I look smaller but my stomach is still big and again I’ve lost no weight at all. I’m literally just ready to give up. I drink tons of water probably 3-4 bottles a day, I do Zumba twice a week and go to the gym on my lunch break 4 Days a week.
Idk if it makes a difference but I have PCOS
Update(04/16): I’m down 2lbs and also will be seeing my doctor to follow up with being diagnosed with PCOS year ago and seeing if there really is any change, thank you all for your tips and support
