Bedtime for 4 month old
I have to have her dropped off at the sitters by 6:30am and am finding that she still wants to sleep when I wake her up to nurse around 5:30am 😓
She currently falls asleep between 7-7:30pm.
I’m afraid I’m prematurely waking her and not letting her get all the sleep she needs. Because after nursing she’ll wake up for the morning after only sleeping 9-10 hours MAYBE.
She’s also going through a sleep regression so she’s already not sleeping the max amount every night.
