Super Confused

Okay so my period is a month late. I have had 8 positive hpts, 7 negative hpts, and 2 negative blood tests. Both days of the blood tests I had a positive hpt the same day. I tested one more time after the last blood test and got another positive. I haven't tested since. I have gotten faint positives oj FRER, First Signal, and 2 brands of blue dye. I've been cramping off and on since I was expected to get my period. I've had a significant increase in discharge. *tmi* and probably unrelated, but my nipples have been itchy, but not dry or cracked or anything. My primary doctor ordered an ultrasound to check for a cyst. What are the chances that I would go in and see a baby in there?
