Do you “drain” your colostrum?

I’m 23 weeks and 3 days. I have been leaking colostrum since about 19 weeks. It wasn’t bad at first but now my breast leak constantly and become “full” of colostrum. This is my first pregnancy. I can’t pump cause it will induce preterm labor but is it okay to squeeze my breast to relieve pressure?

I would just put an ice pack on your breasts to relieve some of the discomfort but I wouldn’t pump or hand express!

Look into a haaka, clear it with your dreams first of course but I was leaking like crazy during my second pregnancy and was cleared to use that. I had several oz of colostrum saved and froze by the time she was born

You do nothing you wear breast pads if you cant get them then make your own with period pads cutting the ends and sticking them in your bra let the colostrum ome on its own
