What has worked for you? I'm really not wanting to go on antibiotics if I don't absolutely have to.

You have to take a antibiotic. They are gross but will surely help. I took a seven day and it started clearing up after about three days. I took them when I was like 8 weeks pregnant and everything is fine.

It can cause preterm labour and/or infection which can be suuuuuper unhealthy for baby. I'm not an over user of antibiotics but I do think that the benefit outweighs the risk in this scenario.

Canesten has come out with a lactic acid gel that can give you some relief but to completely take it away youll need an antibiotic cream or pills. I had to take it while I was pregnant and was completely fine. Healthy baby.

Take the antibiotic it’s perfectly safe in the 2nd and third trimester. It’s a category b. Risk of having bv over a long period of time is far greater then antibiotic.
