Postpartum sex?

Little bit of background - at 3 weeks postpartum I was beyond excited to get it on with my husband - we went at it as much as possible. Now I’m 4 months out and I find myself freezing when he touches me and wanting to struggle or shout no or having thoughts of “maybe if I hold still it will all be over soon”. 
Anyone else feeling this way? I love my husband just things are a bit strained right now with the stress of a new house and new baby and I don’t really know how to talk to him about it without it upsetting him....

maybe your stressed with all the changes trying finding a way to destress yourelf. get a massage, go for a run, have a cup of wine. if you cant relax theres no way your bodys gonna wnt sex. and just sit down with it and let him know how your feeling you talking to him might be less hurtful than you alsways saying no. some guys are the opposite but theres no way to tell until you do it.

Are you breastfeeding?? This can be typical as far as the “don’t touch me” feeling goes if you are nursing. I majorly struggle with this, too, and all of my girlfriends have said the same for themselves. Sometimes I initiate sex just because I feel bad that my husband hasn’t gotten anything from me, but I do have that horrid feeling of just wanting to get it over with. I have talked openly with him about how I feel, and have even shown him articles about women’s sex drive being low while breastfeeding. I’m sorry! I know it’s challenging. Drinking a glass of wine or something does help. Good luck!
