Counting diapers - 10 day old

So silly question from FTM. I’m breastfeeding and in counting diapers - how do I count diapers that my LO has both peed and pooped in? We are tracking pee and poop separately to make sure she’s peeing more than 6 times and pooping more than 4. But she usually does it together - so how do I count these? 1 poop and 1 pee? That seems logical to me but it puts us a little under the 10 diapers/day count because she usually does them together.

Just a little paranoia from a first time mom!
