City Select Double Stroller

What are your thoughts On the Baby Jogger City Select Double Stroller (tandem, not side by side).

And BAD things?? My son will be 1 year and 8 months old when my infant arrives, and I plan to use with an infant seat and toddler seat for first three to six months, and then possibly two seats (I will have the glider board too).

Weight?

Ease of folding up WITH double seats?

Do kids get out of the harness straps?

Do kids legs drag if toddler seat is at the front?

Does the glider board make a lot of noise?

Hard to clean?

Etc.
