Caught my daughters cold...

So I’m sick, I am miserable. I was wondering what can my doctor do? & when should i call if I need to? I haven’t broke a feeling that I know of yet; I don’t have a regular thermometer just a head touching one. But I’m miserable my head is throbbing; my ears feel like they are going to explode & my nose is on fire. 😭😭😭 I’m 23 weeks almost 24

Including the 99.7 fever that won’t budge - having chest pain on my right side into my arm it hurts it hurts so bad 😭😭😭😭😭
