What does your 8 month old eat other than milk and how often
Right now he gets milk every three hours and eats a fruit pack in the morning and veggies at night with some puffs in the middle.
I don’t feel like it’s enough cause he’s usually hungry mid night.
What do you guys do? (I don’t do baby led weaning)
