Remedies for pain relief from tearing/stitches

I gave birth on April 10th to an 8 pound 6.9 oz baby boy. I actually ended up tearing my labia so i needed stitches and it hurts soooo bad. It was killing me to pee because it stung extremely bad, but now it's starting to ease up. Only just starting though. But my labia is very sore. I've been using my squirt bottle when I pee and then putting witch hazel pads on my menstrual pad. I've also been taking ibuprofen but it's not helping. I tried an ice pack but it doesn't seem to be helping either. What can I do to make it feel better? It seriously hurts to sit down and stand up.
