Confused

I had a period February 22nd , then April 9th. My period was 2 weeks late . I did take pregnancy tests and they were all negative . We are trying for baby number 2, for the past 3 days i have been feeling so so so nauseous! And now i have cramps .The last time i felt this sick was when i was pregnant with my first baby. I have never been this sick after my period , has this happened to anyone else ? Is there a chance i could be pregnant and still had my period ? So confused what’s going on . I moved to another state not too long ago so i haven’t found any drs for myself yet .
