Help please! Worried about cramping after early period...
I’ve been cramping (only mild but getting more noticeable) on and off since I had an early period.
Period started 4dpo or so and was a normal 5 day period (heavy then light with a bit of spotting at the end).
My cycles have always been a bit irregular and put this down to a weird cycle but starting to worry about this cramping ? I don’t normally get cramps after my period ...
Anyone know why this could be?
