implantation or period?

Guys im desperate for advice. Spouse and i were fooling around without a condom and I thought I was in the clear because eve told me my ovulation had come and gone already. Well, my OTHER period app said ovulation was actually that day I fooled around. And I started cramping hard that night. fast forward about a week and a half which is now and I started bleeding light red. (my period isnt due till the end of the week in saturday). Flow has gotten a little heavier and cramps are kind of dull but still intense. What are the chances these are implantation symptoms? (p.s I understand that pre-baby juice (😂) can also get me pregnant and that's what I'm worried about)
