Does anyone know what this is

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and 1 day my morning sickness have been going on and off this past 2 days I’ve been having tummy aches but nothing to painful nor bleeding. I threw up once today and a few hours later I notice this marks popping up on my skin its more like blood dots. P.s sorry I look awful this pregnancy is kicking my butt. Thanks in advance

it's from throwing up. I threw up and had over 100 red dots covering my face the next morning. it was horrible looking. went away in a couple days.

It’s called petechiae. It’s ruptured blood vessels from vomiting.

every time I puke I get those on my face, I think it's just from the pressure of puking maybe?

i've seen some post where some people say that they burst some vein vessels. if its that bad probably that is what happened
