good signs? ttc with PCOS

so I was diagnosed with PCOS last year so as you can tell it's a pain ttc. so I went on the pill because I thought it would help me regulate.. wrong had to go doctor's for the massive clots a kept having. and I would only have a period 1ce ever 4/5 months and even longer. so today I hit 17 days late on my period my last bleed was a forced bleed as I had come off my pill. but this month it's NATURAL. start of something or me just getting overly exited?? do you think it's possible for me to ovulate or no? I have a gyno appointment next Wednesday.
