Contraceptive advice

I’ve been on different methods of contraception since I was 13, I started off taking the pill with a break (microgynon) and then the pill with no break (cerazette).

I got the implant when I was 16, had it removed and got a new one in when I was 19, just before I turned 22 I got it taken out to try for a baby. (5 months ago).

I’ve been having fairly regular sex and regular periods, is there any chance my body is still flushing out the pill and the implant hormones?
