Is this normal (Nexplanon)

I got Nexplanon on 12 April and the first it was like I expected it to be ..... pretty sore and stuff. I took the picture yesterday (April 16), I might just be dramatic but I’m just concerned it’s going to pop out of the entrance site or just anywhere in the surrounding skin......... it still kinda hurts to move my arm ( or it’s just extremely sore 😫)

If any of you have options, suggestions, tips and/or stories of past experiences please tell me
