Child getting drug by his feet off of the bus

There is a video going around (it’s short, about 15 seconds) and all it shows is a child about 7years old being picked up by his feet and taken off the bus while he is screaming and yelling.

There isn’t much context to this video, as to why the child is being removed, or why the bus driver did this.

What are your thoughts? I’ve attached some thoughts from a public forum. (Yes I just called Facebook a public forum, fancy 😉)

What would you do in this situation if this was your child?
