Occasionally I’ll feel a random sharp jolt of pain in my breasts and it never lasts more than a split second. Sometimes I get it when my daughter is nursing on one side. The pain will be on the opposite side and last for the first ten seconds of nursing. Anyone know of this is due to dehydration or could it be really serious? I am currently fighting a cold and not producing as much milk. Really trying to stay on top of hydration but I am finding it difficult.
