9-10 dpo

So I was wondering if anyone else experienced this?? I am currently 9-10 dpo and me and the hubby had sex and I experienced light pink spotting that was only present when I wiped then it was gone. We weren't rough so I know that it can't be that lol. I've also been feeling cramping  just today kinda like my period and have been extremely nauseous all day. Af is due around the 7th for me, could this be implantation?? Would it possibly show up on a test if I took one or should I try to hold out a few more days??
