Anyone have their period come during ovulation week?

Today is day 13 of my cycle and I started bleeding??? It’s not like normal period blood...it’s pinkish brown and lighter but it’s still enough blood that I would classify it a period instead of spotting. It started this morning and Ive used two regular tampons and I’m having light cramping. My aunt thinks I could be pregnant... I did randomly get nauseous on Sunday, then threw up stomach acid... then I was fine after that. 🤷‍♀️ I also googled and it said ovulation bleeding is normal but only if it’s spotting lol.
