Do you use pacifiers?

Experiences and facts welcome! Didn't use them with my first, they seem convienent for certain situations.

I was planning to not. But my first was a super high needs baby who was only happy with something in his mouth 24/7. Honestly that just couldn't be my nipple always. So I got him some. It didn't interfere with nursing. He nursed till 3.5 years old. And when he moved past that stage of always needing something he gave it up without any help. 
My next two weren't really interested in them. 
I think it just depends on the baby.

Voted no but meant to put yes 😒  we did use them with our daughter. She loved her paci and it was definitley helpful to calm her and keep her content. I thought it would be a hassle to take it away eventually because I always heard they got really attached to a paci, but she quit using it on her own around her 1st birthday.  I will be using a paci for our next baby as well

Nope. My son, at two, still uses me at will. Never paci,  no bottles. Only mamma. He does it a lot less, but still does it 3-5x per day with or without nursing.
