Acne help

Can any ladies give me any recommendations on what a good face wash and moisturizer you use. I’ve never had a problem with acne. Since now, lately I’ve been breaking out so much around my chin area. I was using the shea moisture black soap along with the facial moisturizer for about a year now. I have to stop using it Bc it started to burn my face. I am very sensitive on my face, I am allergic to all neutrogena products. So any help or advise will be great. Thanks ❤️
