Miscarriage advice

My neighbor posted a video announcing they were expecting a few months ago. I messaged her about how excited we were for them and how they’d make such great parents. The next day I noticed she took the video down and never responded to me. We would talk a lot and she’s been avoiding me for several months. She’s definitely not pregnant any longer. I feel like an asshole but I want to give her the space and time she needs. Any suggestions on what I can do?
