Weight loss has caused me to have major body issues
So I have started my weight loss in August 2017 and up until now I have lost about 48lbs and I did it to be healthier. I was happy in the past and I’m just slowly becoming more and more depressed with my weight loss journey I been on. My lowest was 158 but put on 12 pounds back on because I just felt like I have made no progress and look the same when I started

I haven’t gone back to the gym in a month and I don’t know how to get out of this rut. Anyone else gone through this before? I feel hopeless and feel like I’ll never lose the weight now.
