moles that look like pimples dangerous ?

so i have this little pimple looking mole on the tip of my nose.. it’s noticeable but not dark at all , it just looks like a pimple small side.. it’s been there since i was in middle school.  It never does nothing like itch or turn no color ,its just there... Will it be bad if i remove it with a mole pen on amazon?

I have a few spots in my face that I thought were zits but are moles. I've had a skin check yearly for four years and they are worried. However, you should absolutely have it checked by either your doc or a dermatologist. Let them give you the all clear and tell you how best to remove it. Also, keep in mind that the scar from removal is likely to be just as obvious/bothersome to you as the mole itself.

Sorry, they AREN'T worried. I also forgot to say I've had the spots for many years, ten or more.
