Sleepy baby advice

So normally you’d see this post from moms about newborns but my daughter is 3 months old and starting last week she will not stay awake at the breast. 7 out of 9 feeds a day she falls asleep after about 10 minutes when her typical feed is 20. Her poop has beef green compared to her normal yellowy-orange so Ik she’s almost just getting all foremilk which is concerning to me. This was never an issue as a newborn but has recently become one she’s always been a good eater and I’m concerned about weight gain, we’ve been at doctor appointment after doctors appointment for her reflux which turned into a milk protein allergy and I’d like to resolve this without another doctors appointment. Any advice?
