My insurance didn’t offer s free breast pump I tried everywhere... my boob gets engorged and it was stopped up I bought this 30$ medela hand held pump and pumped for 30 mins this is what came out... this is a great affordable pump vs the expensive electric ones which I do want to buy one eventually but for now this is what I have...
