I can’t loose the baby weight. With my first 2 kids my weight fell off pretty quick. I didn’t get to breastfeed them. I am now breastfeeding. I have not lost any of my baby weight. My tailbone was broken during labor. I’m going to physical therapy but working out has been a challenge. I’m finally cleared to do squats. Dieting is just not an option with me breastfeeding. I try to choose a yogurt or something healthier than junk food. I’m so depressed about my appearance. My baby is 3 months old as of yesterday. If you struggled to loose the baby weight, at what point did you start seeing a change?
