PSA FOR CONSTIPATED PREGNANT WOMEN

ALRIGHT Y’ALL! I’m going to give you an oatmeal recipe that will change your constipated pregnant life.

You will need:

1 cup water

1/2 cup almond milk (because you will boil it and I don’t trust boiled cows milk but hey you do you)

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats (NOT the instant kind, but if that’s all you got I’d go ahead and try outta desperation)

1/8-1/4 cup craisins

2 TBSP of stevia based sweetener (or sugar to taste)

Splash of vanilla

MCT oil

Bring all that (EXCEPT the oil) to a boil, and let it come together until it’s bubbly and done and the oats have absorbed all the liquid. Pour into a bowl and let sit for like, idk, 5 minutes.

Now, here’s the constipation relief secret. Add 1 TBSP of MCT oil to the top. DON’T stir it in... let it be the ‘butter’ to your oatmeal.

Enjoy this oatmeal with one cup of coffee.
