Need Positivity!!!! :((

August 2017, I fell pregnant for the first time and lost it at 9 weeks on September 29th:(

I am 18 years old and I just found out I’m pregnant again. 3 weeks and about 6 days. AF wasn’t supposed to come till Tuesday. I’m having light cramps but I’m guessing that’s normal. (I hope). I just am so scared, I don’t wanna lose this baby. I don’t wanna go through another heartbreak and painful miscarriage. What are my chances?:( any success stories? Any positivity😔🙏🏻🌈❤️👶🏽 I just want my baby.
