Motivation
So I've been struggling to find ways to work out and have some fun in the process. I hate gyms and being outside alone can be boring so I decided to try something new. I tried baby goat yoga and I'm completely in love. It was so relaxing and fun! I can't wait to try it agian and it has given me a little boost of motivation to get back into shape. If anyone has the option around them, I highly recommend it.
