Snacks
So I am 16 and I’m trying to lose some weight for my school formal but I have a really bad obsession with just snacking on junk food. I eat the proper three meals a day. But I still can’t resist to snack on foods. Normally it’s chips or chocolate. My mum is normally the one that buys it and she’ll offer some while we watch tv. Without even realising I just eat a lot of it. Any tips to stop snacking or healthy alternatives?
