Would you trust him?

My boyfriend currently doesn't have any electronic devices, so there's no way of me ever talking to him outside of school. He also claims that he isn't allowed to date, so he can't tell anyone about our relationship besides our school friends. It just bothers me because as much as I don't want to believe it.. he could very likely be dating someone else and that's why he's basically keeping me private from everyone. What would you guys do? Should I be worried? Please help
