Period or implantation?

I haven’t been feeling good past couple weeks and I’ve been waiting on my period. Well it came but something is off. The symptoms I had/have aren’t my regular period symptoms. So I was waiting on my period to start and it came yesterday but really really light and no blood clots. Today it’s light couple blood clots but extra tiny. But I have cramps like it’s my regular menstrual. I basically just wear a panty liner. I’m confused cuz everyone has their own stories of their implantation bleeding. How long should it last if that be the case?
